Airbus SE (OTC:EADSY) is undergoing a significant leadership reshuffle within its Executive Committee, primarily focusing on strengthening its Commercial Aircraft business in these challenging industry times.

The airplane behemoth appointed Christian Scherer as the CEO of the Commercial Aircraft business.

Christian Scherer was appointed Airbus Chief Commercial Officer in September 2018 and is a Company Executive Committee member. He is also heading Airbus International.
